Try these library resources with your Android.
- OverDrive Audio: Search with your browser, or with the free OverDrive app. Download and listen via the app.
- Sciverse: Use desktop computer. Search and download PDF onto computer; connect your Kindle and copy file to device in directory tree.
- Springer: Search, download and view PDFs in Kindle's browser. Can also use desktop computer. Search and download PDF onto computer; connect your Kindle and copy file to device in directory tree.

Open and public library eBook resources that work with Android
OpenLibrary: Search for Kindle versions in browser. Use the "Send to Kindle" option.
Project Gutenberg: Search for Kindle versions; download books directly from the Project Gutenberg Site.
OverDrive eBooks (print, not audio) from local public libraries: Search for Kindle versions in browser, or search and download with the OverDrive app. Can also use the "Send to Kindle" option. (Remember: you will need a library card from that library!)
