Try these library resources with your Kindle Fire.

• EBSCO eBooks: Find articles using the EBSCOhost mobile site; email the link to yourself. No direct downloads available from mobile site. Can also use desktop computer. Search and find book with computer, "print" section to PDF and save file. Connect your Kindle to the computer and copy the PDF from the computer to the Kindle in the directory tree. Pages for saving/transferring may be limited.
• OverDrive Audio: Search with your browser, or with the free OverDrive app. Download and listen via the app.
• Sciverse: Use desktop computer. Search and download PDF onto computer; connect your Kindle and copy file to device in directory tree.
• Springer: Search, download and view PDFs in Kindle's browser. Can also use desktop computer. Search and download PDF onto computer; connect your Kindle and copy file to device in directory tree.

Open and Public Library Resources

OpenLibrary: Search for Kindle versions in browser. Use the "Send to Kindle" option.

Project Gutenberg: Search for Kindle versions; download books directly from the Project Gutenberg Site.

OverDrive eBooks (print, not audio) from local public libraries: Search for Kindle versions in browser, or search and download with the OverDrive app. Can also use the "Send to Kindle" option. (Remember: you will need a library card from that library!)
