Searching for Books

To begin searching for resources, follow the directions below. 

1. Go to the college homepage: es.vccs.edu.
2. Click on the "library" tab.
3. Click "Quicksearch Library Catalog".
4. Enter your keywords (i.e. viruses).

 If you want to use a book from the ESCC library, follow these directions:

1. Search with keywords (i.e. viruses).
2. Filter by availability and select “on shelf”.
3. Choose the book entitled “Viruses and human disease” by James and Ellen Strauss.
4. Use the call number (QR360 .S8 2002), which appears on the book’s spine, to locate the book on the shelf (if you need help, just ask the LRC staff to assist you).
5. Bring the book to the circulation desk for checkout.
